Drinking Chocolate Bar with 60% Cocoa & Bourbon Vanilla, 200g

Unwind and indulge with this Spanish drinking chocolate bar. Made with60% cocoa and Bourbon vanilla, it’s rich and creamy with a wonderful aroma.

You prepare it as a drink or use it as cooking chocolate in sweet and savoury dishes.

The bar is divided into eight single servings of 25g each. Simply snap off as many squares as you require. You can then make hot chocolate with water, milk or plant-based alternatives like oat and soy

To prepare your hot chocolate, heat milk or water in a small saucepan. Once hot, add a square of drinking chocolate and let it melt. Bring to the boil and stir until you reach the desired thickness.

This drinking chocolate bar is made by Simón Coll, a master chocolatier based in Barcelona. Ideal for gifting, each bar is presented in decorative blue and white packaging.
