Essential Cuisine Street Food Zesty Chermoula Seasoning, 260g

Essential Cuisine chermoula seasoning is a tangy, savoury mix of herbs and spices. Use it as a dry rub for lamb and poultry or mix it with olive oil to create a flavourful marinade for fish and seafood. The seasoning has notes of black pepper and citrus, with a subtle smoky heat from cayenne pepper and smoked paprika. 

Chermoula is a fragrant marinade used in North African cooking. The flavours of fresh herbs, earthy spices and zingy preserved lemons are the inspiration behind Essential Cuisine’s chermoula seasoning. You can use it to season samosas, shakshuka and Moroccan-inspired soups and stews. Try mixing it with yoghurt to marinate chicken thighs before barbecuing or add it to mayonnaise with a squeeze of lemon to create a delicious dip.

For best results, use 60g of seasoning per 1kg of protein.
