Giusti ‘Bordolese’ balsamic vinegar combines rich sweetness with bright acidity. It has the power to turn simple dishes into gourmet masterpieces. 

Giusti Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP is available in two sizes:

This exceptional condiment is produced in Modena, Italy. It’s made with the cooked must of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes. The vinegar is aged in centuries-old oak barrels to deepen its flavour.

Giusti ‘Bordolese’ balsamic is rich and dark with a fruity aroma. The flavour is complex but beautifully balanced. Expect notes of caramel, spice and vanilla. Subtle acidity gives it a clean, refreshing finish.

This premium balsamic is a celebration of Italian tradition. Use it to add a sweet-sour note to sauces and salad dressings. It’s wonderful in glazes for fish and roasted meat. Serve it in small bowls as a dip for warm focaccia.
