Giusti’s organic balsamic vinegar 6-year aged is developed in oak barrels for a minimum of 6 years to give it the signature rich sweet flavour. Less concentrated and more acidic than the 12 and 15 year old vinegars, this balsamic is wonderfully versatile. And it’s entirely organic. 

Use it to flavour crisp salad leaves and fresh tomatoes. Or combine with quality olive oil to make a classic vinaigrette.

Since 1605, the Giusti family has been producing Italy’s oldest balsamic vinegar, following a family recipe that’s remained the same since the start.
