Gymkhana Goan Curry Cooking Sauce, 300ml

Gymkhana’s Goan curry sauce will transport you to the sun-kissed coast of India. With no chopping or blending required, you can make a fragrant curry in under 10 minutes. 

The creamy coconut sauce is flavoured with cumin, coriander and palm vinegar. Turmeric adds to its vibrant orange colour. You can serve it with fish, scallops and tiger prawns. Try serving it over whole barbecued fish for an impressive al fresco supper.

Alternatively, make a plant-based curry with chickpeas or seasonal vegetables. Pumpkin or cauliflower would work well.

Cooking instructions:

1. Pan-fry your fish or vegetables until three-quarters done.
2. Add the sauce with 2 tablespoons of water and bring to the boil.
3. Simmer for approximately five minutes, or until your ingredients are cooked.
4. Sprinkle with fresh coriander (optional) and serve.
