Heat up your griddle with your oven, and an additional 10-15min when the oven is up to temperature to ensure a piping hot griddle for perfectly crisp pizza bases and bread bottoms. It can also be used on barbecues and open fires.

Spun iron is lighter than cast iron but with the same patina-building qualities. It becomes more non-stick over time. It’s extremely durable and easy to clean and care for.
