Scanpan Impact Stainless Steel Roasting Pan with Rack, 43x28cm

The SCANPAN Impact roasting pan is a multi-purpose kitchen hero. Made from premium stainless steel, it heats quickly and comes with a roasting rack that fits inside. Use it to roast pork belly, beef or a juicy whole chicken. It’s perfect for veggie traybakes, too.

The pan has two handles so you can safely move it around your kitchen. While your meat rests, you can use the pan on your hob to make a rich, flavoursome gravy. It’s suitable for all stove tops, including induction.

In addition to roasting, the pan is perfect for hearty all-in-one dishes. Use it to make a warming crumble or winter vegetable gratin. You carry it from kitchen to table to serve guests family-style.

The wire rack keeps your meat away from fat and juices below. This keeps it crispy on the outside and ensures even cooking. You can save the juices to add to gravy later on. The roasting rack can also be used to cool cakes and breads after baking.

SCANPAN Impact cookware is covered by a 10-year warranty. 

Before first use, remove labels and wash in warm soapy water. After use, let the product cool before washing by hand. Dry thoroughly before storing.
