Small sheets of seasoned or flavoured seaweed laver make a tasty and low calorie snack. The seaweed is seasoned with salt and sesame oil making them great to eat straight from the packet. Also shred the sheets finely to garnish noodle dishes and ramen, or use like Japanese nori sheets to wrap around Korean or Japanese onigiri rice balls.
