Silikomart Stainless Steel Dough Scraper

Use Silikomart’s dough scraper to cut small balls of dough into individual portions. It is also ideal to scrape flour and dough from a work surface. With a flat blade and straight edges, this scraper creates clean, uniform pieces of dough. Make classic white rolls or sweet cinnamon buns.
