Sundried Tomatoes in Oil, 190g

Serve these dried tomatoes in oil as part of a Spanish tapas course, or roughly chop them and serve on bruschetta with olive tapenade as a light snack. Try using these dried tomatoes in olive oil to add extra depth to soups, pasta sauces and al forno bakes. Or, for something a little different, add the chopped dried tomatoes into bread or muffin dough for a savoury bake.
